Payment & Deliveries

We have made available options for easy payment to the item you purchase online, See below for our payment options. You can pay by card, use mobile money, pay cash upon delivery or even pay at the showroom when picking up your order.

Online Payment:

Card Payment:
We accept debit and credit card payment by Visa and MasterCard. Select credit or Debit card when checking out and you will be redirected to a page for you to complete your payment via a secured portal.

Mobile Money:
You can make payment for your order using the mobile money service of your choice Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money or Tigo Cash.

Pay cash on delivery:

We accept cash payment for orders you would love to pay on delivery. please select cash on delivery when checking out and inform our customer service agent when you will be available for delivery.
Pay on Pickup:

Pick up at our store on the Spintex Road, please select Store Pickup when checking out.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you change your mind, provided that the merchandise is as new, in a re-sellable condition & the consumables (cartridges, CD’s or DVD’s), and Mobile phones, laptops, tablets, hygienic items and accessories (cables, charger, batteries…) are still sealed, return and/or refund can be granted upon Jupiter Tech’s approval within 7 days from delivery.

In case of defection within 7 days, replacement with the same piece will be granted upon Jupiter Tech’s approval.

After 7 days, any item found defected from the manufacture will be sent to the service center under the warranty for repair.

If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g., delivered with ripped or missing parts or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your order confirmation, a copy of your delivery note along with all accessories and free of charge gifts.

If you receive a wrong purchase of order, or if item(s) purchased is/are missing from your delivery package, please call our customer centre (+233 537883452) immediately for redress, clarification and rectification and a correct order will be re-delivered to you.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
Exempt Goods:

Please note that for health reasons, returns of personal items or domestic appliance such as hand dryer, grooming kit, EarPods, hair straightener …etc and are not accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and Refund will be made in cash for items paid by cash only. within a certain number of days.
We offer returns and or refunds within 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return and/or refund of any kind.
Shipping & Delivery:
All orders will be processed for delivery up to 2-3 working days after order confirmation, we work 6 days a week between 09:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, and 09:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturdays.
All orders that hit our system could be delivered in one of two (2) ways:
Standard Delivery (Free):
This option guarantees delivery within 2-3 working day after an order is placed. Orders that qualify for Free Delivery would be treated as Standard Delivery, unless otherwise instructed.
Pick up at showroom (Free):

You can also collect your order from any of our stores. This option is free of charge. You can pick up item same day for your order to be ready for collection. Our Customer consultants would let you know when and where to pick you your order.
